It all started with a simple question: How can we evolve the brand and expand our product line without losing our DNA? A major challenge, and a question with as many answers as there are people you ask.
🔹 With My Sands is a brand known for sandals worn in spring and summer, and depending on where you live, a bit earlier or later in the year. However, we still generate 70% of our revenue between April and September.
🔹 The shift in positioning that started in early 2024, with a focus on leather soles and premium quality leather in the Signature Collection, allowed us to reconsider our product offering.
Why?

- Because our collaboration with Romain Masson, a Compagnon du Devoir artisan, guarantees premium quality and craftsmanship.
So, how could we introduce a shoe model that stays true to our DNA, aligns with our values of simplicity, elegance, and comfort, and allows us to offer a mid-season design? How do we move beyond sandals without creating for the sake of it?
After many sketch revisions, we finally designed an open loafer, a mid-season model: the Madison.
This model not only extends our product line across more months of the year but also gives us the joy of presenting a refined, timeless, and exceptionally crafted shoe. The Madison is much more than just a new pair of shoes; it represents our ability to evolve without compromising our identity.
The name Madison, inspired by the iconic New York avenue, symbolizes urban elegance and timelessness.
